This landed with me this morning from Amazon UK

M5 11” iPad Pro 256GB in black - WiFi & cellular; with the Apple Magic Keyboard and the Spigen Aramid case that allows charge-through

Decided not to replace my M2 MBA with another MBA and go for the iPad instead; have my M1 and M4 Mac Mini on my desk and try to be in my home office as much as I can for my business, but when I want the portability, the iPad is perfect, more so as I can detach from the keyboard case and use it for my e-reader \9magazines, Kindle etc)

Nice setup. I use the Pitaka case with my 13" M5 & MKB - the bare iPad is too slippery for my fumbling hands.

Agree, like a cold bar of wet soap. Wouldn’t use one without a case.. Fitted the ESR screen protector too; went on faultlessly

Is anyone using a screen protector + MKB + Pitaka/Spigen case?

I'm only using the Magic Keyboard with my M5 iPP. Had the store install a screen protector upon purchase but took it off two days later, as I found the screen to have some responsiveness issues. After taking the screen protector off, all good, and the display looks better as well.
If my iPad isn't attached to the MKB, it's in a leather Ryan London sleeve.

It’s great OP got the same set up as my “laptop” also and love it. Question for you, when you close the MKB with the iPad and Spigen case does it close nice and flush or unevenly?
