However, I never received an offer for MobilMe for the year being cheaper? Should I receive an offer for that?

I think you have to purchase it with the computer to get the discount, but maybe I'm wrong.

You get the discount if you purchase with your computer. Doesn't matter, you can get it on Amazon or ebay for the same price. About $70.
