Well this would have to be a Brand New machine for that to be a far comparison. He bought a refurb (also known as used). So that argument doesn't really make sense.

I'm just saying, the OP is making a mountain out of a mole hill.

From the looks of it YOU are making a mountain out of a mole hill. Give the guy a break.

Well the OP was not doing anything other than stating the facts. He did not make a big deal out of it, in fact quite the contrary. Notwithstanding of course that he has probably got enough material from this thread so far for a 20 minute routine, we should not ignore the very sane analysis provided earlier by CanadaRAM. Namely why is it wobbling and what does it mean. I'm not familar with these machines being an emac kind of guy myself, so I don't know if they come with rubber feet and one is missing.

If they don't come with rubber feet then one is certainly going to wonder how a sturdy aluminium case has come to be out of square by a 1/4". The fact of the wobble is far less important that was led to the situation to develop in the first place.

Wtf?

My new Mac Pro doesn't wobble. Did I get ripped off? Should I send it back? Is that the new "dancing to iTunes" feature I read about on badassmacrumorsthataretopsecret.com? Please advise!!!

I'd make a big cookie sheet full of Jell-O and use that for the base. Or maybe suspend it from the ceiling. No wobble.

Bent case means manufacturing flaw or abuse. I'm guessing that the MacPro would become refurbished because of that (manufacturing flaw), not because it was bought and returned.
