My new PB's shipping date delayed

I believe an update to the powerbook line is coming soon, however, I do not think it will be this Tuesday. The 12" and 17" are shipping same day so I doubt an update is coming this week. Given how long Apple waited to update the iBook this time around, I would not be surprised if it took until September before we see an update. I was going to wait but I just decided to order mine and be happy with it. It's not like this update is going to be in Intel changeover so I will be happy with what I have for some time.

Lookin like it might happen...the Canada Apple store is showing extended delivery times for PB line also. Could this be it? Wonder what the magical update will be to the PB line?

Got my new Mac Mini last week for my home theatre system. Picked up the BT mouse and keyboard also oh and not to leave out...I also bought a Macpower/Tytech M9 Mac mini Pod w/ installed Hitachi 500GB drive. And for the rest of my movies I share my movies folder on my iMac with my Mac Mini wirelessly through the Airport Express. Oh yeah I also bought a new iMac 20" w/ 2gb of RAM. So I guess I have bought alot of new Apple product in the past month.

In any event I hope the PB line is updated next week and I might even sell my PC laptop I bought (Civ 3 fan!!) primarily for Winbloze games, to buy a PB.

I don't think there will be an update since the iBook 14" just got an extended ship also. Almost all there macs has/had extended ship dates.

I ordered my PB on the 4th and its estimated ship date is on the 15th...thats a while

Yeah, I tried too, but unfortunately I faild. Even more unfortunately my A/C adaptor broke. So, they have to ship me out one for me to use it. And its comming tuesday...
