Hello Everyone, I am waiting for the opportunity to get a new phone for some years now with the firm goal of buying one by end of this year, possibly even earlier as my old 3GS' battery is a nightmare to deal with. My main requirements are as much memory as possible (knowing I had 32GB in 2009 I expect something better of course), huge battery and large screen (All new flagships being 5"+ this last point is pretty much meaningless). I can think about these phones, in no particular order : - IP6+ (128GB) : too pricey - Note 4 (32GB + SD) : I was very interested in buying edge type up to when I ve learnt it will not be available in EU (or not before 2015) and price tag as high as IP6+, regular version at 750EUR does not sound cheap either - LG G3 (32GB + SD) : already "old", price should decrease by end of year - HTC M8 : bad experience with HTC in the past, dont intend to go back - Moto X2 : no SD slot and 32GB is pure joke - Shamu / Nexus 6 : why not if a 64 GB version is part of the deal but I doubt we will get any SD slot - One+1 (64GB) : i could get an invite, is it worth the trouble? I want to deal sim free and have a budget of 500 EUR in mind. I was secretly hoping Note 4 would be my next one but adding a 128GB micro SD on top makes it way out of my budget. It seems LG G3 is my only choice, hoping for cash back and end of year rebates. I would be curious to know whether some of you end up following the same reasoning and see other scenarios.
