There is no multitasking on iOS. It is fast switching between two apps but not a multitasking
So you can't listen to iTunes and surf the internet with Safari at the same time? Are people really this stupid or what?

Stupid doesn't cover it.So you can't listen to iTunes and surf the internet with Safari at the same time? Are people really this stupid or what?
Any issue after installing this Gboard? Last time I install swift keyboard for my sister iPad Air 2 and later the iPad not stable and certain apps keep FC until I remove it.
That part I really don't like but no choice, at least it is working flawlessly, I find it stable and no issue. Thanks a lot.No issues at all. But keep in mind that due to Apple and their "walled garden" when entering passwords the default Apple keyboard will open. But overall the Google keyboard in my opinion is lightyears better than the Apple keyboard.
My 2nd review of iPhone 7 Plus after 3 months 20 days of
What I find it useless
- Force Touch - This just make finger paint and use more energy, I don't see any different than using press and hold to activate the same function. This hardware is extremely unnecessary.
- Widget Page - This page I put there for fun and never use it, it is like kindergarten job when compare with Android widget which not only can make your home screen unique and nice but also functional to be home page.

So, just so that we are all taking about the same thing: a 0.01 in. thickness difference is a "Massive fail!"?Agree on Force Touch. Totally dumb and useless. What's even worse is that this feature alone is to blame for the phone being fatter and heavier than the 6 of the same size. Massive fail!

Did you know those function no need that Force Touch, normal press and hold can trigger it and you won't feel the differences. It actually much easier to trigger it using press and hold than using pressure.I use Force Touch 90% of the time to switch between apps (I'm a lefty so my thumb is right there on the left side making it even easier to activate). Also I use it for quickly checking my battery stats, toggling wifi/lte on and off, going to my Youtube subscription feed and a couple of more things. Force Touch is cool.
For me, force touch function is great but those function can be activate it by using press and hold which is much easier, safe energy and no need specific hardware.Force touch is great IMO.
To be fair, press and hold won't do most of those things that were mentioned (there are longer ways to do most of those things, but they don't involve long press). Nor will long press or anything else other than 3D Touch will do things like controlling the cursor using the keyboard on an iPhone, or peek and pop abilities in various application.lol, fatter and heavier...
haha!

The only possible cannot do is controlling cursor using keyboard, that function do useful. What about peek and pop?
I am very enjoying.Glad you are happy you made the change and enjoy your phone. Your comments on the Apple AirPods made me laugh. Have to agree, they are truly awful.
In short, I just don't like using pressure to control it. Haha!
lolWell, I'm glad you're getting such a kick out of your thread...I guess.
Well, it's fine not liking it or not using it, but various things can't really be done without it nonetheless. The only possible cannot do is controlling cursor using keyboard, that function do useful.
That peek or pop is nah, I play for fun for showing my friends only, not really useful and it can be implement using another method like what Samsung did before in the galaxy series (I not means the S Pen one but using finger only).

My next new phone still will be iPhone.![]()
Given the size of the device it's hardly anything bad. Could certainly be better, in particular from PPI side of things (on the smaller device), but far from anything really meaningfully bad.720p display in 2016-2017 for a flagship premium device is hardly impressive or even 1080p for that matter considering the cost. From your initial review it sounded like you were justifying your purchase but later reality starts to kick in when you realize it's not all that hyped up to be.
There comes a point when having 1080p (plus) on a small device isn't really practical from a realistic usage perspective. It is no different than someone sitting 10 feet away from two tv's in front of them. One of the tv's is 720 rated and the other is 1080p rated. At that distance, the difference in pixel density between the two becomes readily apparent. Increase the viewing distances the differences become less visible and less meaningful.720p display in 2016-2017 for a flagship premium device is hardly impressive or even 1080p for that matter considering the cost. While I agree with your statement, your comparison is backwards. Sitting farther from a TV would make the viewing experiences more similar, as the longer distance would make it harder to distinguish the lower resolution display. Sitting up close you would notice higher resolution displays. What is really a question here is whether or not a phone screen resolution increase is actually noticeable based on a typical person's viewing habits. Some people can actually notice a bump in resolution, and others just have the placebo effect; or are just using a much improved display technology. There comes a point when having 1080p (plus) on a small device isn't really practical from a realistic usage perspective. In regards to the smartphones, the increased density (at this point in time) of the screen display is about marketing more than practicality. Manufacturers know that people like yourself (and many others here) focus on the latest tech specs and using those as a large part of the justification for purchase, rather than realizing that that new flashy display equates to sitting 10 feet or less in front of the big shiny t.v. screen.
Thanks for catching my error. I got discombobulated while posting. lolWhile I agree with your statement, your comparison is backwards.
