iPhone XS Max My phone can't Swipe Left/Right and open Setting

Hello everyone,
First time happened on my phone and suddenly can't swipe left and right and can't open the Settings but my other Application can open like Photos/Music/Messages. Did anyone encountered this situation?, or its just bug software? or hardware problem? or is there a problem on my iPhone XS Max? which is 5 months old?. What i did was just restart the phone and everything's back to normal again. I just want to know if i'm the only encountered this problem.

seems to be a temporary software glitch.
Restart the phone (as you already did) and wait. I don't think it's going to happen again any soon.
