iPhone X My phone just dialed 911

I was sitting outside with my grandson and just randomly stuck my phone in the cup holder. I must have pushed the side buttons somehow and looked down and it is dialing 911.

Immediately the police call back but nothing I could do could make me hear anything. That was so weird. I told whoever called. I hope you can hear me since I cannot hear you. I do not need assistance as my phone butt dialed you. EEK 😱

I did hear a weird noise and that is why I looked down and saw it dialing. Must have been the count down tone. Turned all of it off. That was embarrassing.

When the SOS feature came out, I said that I bet it will lead to some accidental 911 calls.
