My battery percentage seems to be at 65% all day today and the little light on the power cord plug is flashing back and forth yellow and green.

Is my battery going bad or the power supply? It’s plugged in 99% of the time. Thanks.

What year is your Mac? Are you using the OEM power cord? Is the bottom casing of your Mac intact? Any sign of battery swelling?

All is good for my 2012 MacBook Pro. Shortly after posting I disconnected the power supply module from the power source and then plugged it back in. The yellow/green light changed to red which is the charging color I believe.

After a while the battery is at 100%. No clue why it did that.
