My rMBP is hot to the touch

    Let me explain.
    I let my rMBP charge overnight. I shut the lid which normally puts it to sleep. I just got on it now after unplugging it earlier this morning. I swear, if you touch the aluminum for three seconds, it burns. It's not warm, it's hot. Also, it isn't turning on...

    Hmm, normally modern computers are programmed to shut down, when they get too hot in order to avoid overheating. Now that that the MBP has had time to cool off, can you restart it now?

    And if you are able to do so, can you report the temperatures (C or F)?

    Luckily, it's back on. Held power button for ~7 seconds, pushed power button. Back on. Thank god.
