My RMBP will not save my wallpaper settings, every time I change it, then reboot the computer.. it reverts to my old wallpaper. Anyone else experiencing this/have a fix??

This is a known issue that has not been resolved. Wait for an apple update

I had this problem until I decided to do a clean reinstall of Mountain Lion. Since then, I've had no issues at all with my background reverting to something else.

You asked if anyone else was experiencing this. That thread shows that some are, and also offers solutions that have worked for some. YMMV

    Open Terminal:
Type the following, hit enter after each line:

    cd ~/Library/Preferences/
    rm com.apple.desktop.plist
    killall Dock

    You're welcome ;)

I had this issue before and I just replaced both com.apple.desktop.plist and com.apple.desktop.plist.lockfile with previous files I saved on my Time Capsule data or you can use an external hard drive with the files. It can be found at User/Library/Preferences/com.apple.desktop.plist.
