No weather change, I was walking near a big river though if that matters.

Didn’t go to the same spot as yesterday, but ran on a track earlier and now it’s in the 900’s, so that’s definitley not right. It was also freezing cold so looks like my heart rate wasn’t fully recorded. But yea, seems to me like something is off.
Yeah. Something is wrong. I would contact Apple and send them the screenshots. How is your exercise ring though? Is it more accurate after yesterday’s walk?

Going to go on another run tomorrow, without my phone. Just to see if anything changes.

Exercise ring is the same story as of now. I’m at 108 minutes today already and the only exercise I did was that 18 min run.

Wow. That’s unebelieable. I get about 20 a day without running workouts. And I walk a decent amount throughout the day around campus.

Suggest you adjust how tight your fit is. The heart sensor needs constant contact with your skin in order to function, if the watch is 'slopping around' on your wrist when you move then it can't find your heartrate.

Obviously, the fit shouldn't be so tight as to cause pain or discomfort, but firm skin contact is still better than loose contact. Find something that works for you. :) Try the heart rate app to verify heartbeat detection, it'll probably be easier than starting a workout...

I know its a daft question, but is your weight set properly in health? My wifes was set wrong, between Kilos and pounds and was giving readings similar to yours
