My screen is black after unpluging from the charger

Hello people, this is the situation:



1. I put my iPhone 6s (iOS 10.3.3) to charge. -ok

2. I check later, and it says 100% charged. -ok

3. I unplug the phone from the charger. -ok

4. I press the home button once, no response - THE SCREEN IS BLACK. - this is the problem

5. I press home button for the second time - IT WORKS EVERYTHING NORMAL (it displays the lock screen). - ok



What is happening on the step 4?

maybe wake on pickup not enabled? i think if it’s off you may have to hit home twice, once to wake and once to scan finger.
