My screen is broke/bleeding

I don't understand why people view Apple replacement phones so poorly. I have gotten several via express replacement covered under ApleCare+ and they have all been no less reliable or of less quality than a brand new phone. As a matter of fact, I got my 6s+ replacement in today (came with 9.0!) and it's been fine. The good news is that even if there is a problem with the replacement, your warranty transfers over to the new one so you can just get it replaced again. Doesn't cost me anything.

One could be better than the other or they could be about the same. No way to really know how someone's potential future individual experince will turn out.

I don't really even understand the question. Is there a cost difference to you? If not just get it repaired and avoid the hassle of restoring. If there is a cost difference go with what's cheapest.
