my screen is dead

My monitor on my iMac Flat panel is dead i think, you can hear cpu on
but the screen dont show, it's a 2002 iMac

That sucks. You sure it's not just that the brightness has been turned right down? Sorry if that's just a rude question. 😱

Ignore me. I don't think the iMac screens will go right down like my iBook does anyway. At least, my G5 iMac's screen doesn't. Sorry. 🙁

I think this is a job for the local Apple Store/technician.

F13/F14 are brightness controls. Unless it is F14/F15 😛 Try pressing them.

Yeah, crank F15 to turn brightness up, but I doubt that's your problem anyway unfortunately. 🙁
