You're hearing the click but is the screen flashing? I've found the screenshot thing to be pretty finicky. When I DO get it to work, I usually end up with two pictures.

Yea the screen flashes and the watch vibrates... But I can't find the screenshot pic. I checked my iPhone photos and it's not there. Wtf

I just tried it on my watch and the screen shot showed up in camera roll on my iPhone almost instantaneously.

You may need to recheck your setup.

You should check with the apple genius bar. One or both of your devices seems to be defective.

I did all the typical troubleshooting... Guess what, it was the charge.

All my devices are fine. I got it to work.
