My Slickwraps Naked Skin install for Iphone 7 plus

Just wanted to share my SW Naked wrap install for the Jet Black Iphone 7 plus.

I ordered 2 pairs since there was a 50% promo going on when I bought them.

So far, after the 3rd attempt, I think I finally got it almost perfectly right.

The first one was a total disaster, with the edges overlapping since the cut was a little too long. The second one was ok but had a lot of dust bunnies so I peeled it off too. And finally the third try which is shown on the pix below.

My only tips on the install is to do a Very Wet install like spray the phone AND the wrap completely. Trust me it makes the install and the positioning a lot easier. Also, I cut the edges a little bit since I feel the overlap will make the edges peel faster which will ruin it quicker.

I think i got the speaker holes and lightning port pretty spot on!

My first install was awful haha! It had a lot of dust bunnies, finger prints and bubbles.
Then I kinda played around on how to get it as perfect as I can and the really wet install worked.
Spraying the phone and the wrap is the best way. Then just squeegie the liquid out.

I've had awful luck with SlickWraps. The cut is never precise. You shouldn't have to alter what you buy.

I'm glad you got it applied to your satisfaction, even if it did take three tries.

At least you got what you ordered. Truly an awful company that doesn't respond to customer inquiries. They're quick to take your money, but that's about it.

I'm sick of dealing with this HORRENDOUS company and just opened a PayPal dispute. (Of course NOW they'll probably ship their crap!)

SO FED UP WITH SH@@WRAPS! I did a paypal dispute when lo and behold they "shipped" my order. Problem is... that First Class USPS shipping that is stated on USPS' site as taking 1-3 days has been in transit to destination for over a week now!!??

I got a package from NJ (to Socal) Christmas week that was sent First Class in TWO DAYS! But that company actually sent the product unlike that CRAP COMPANY SH@@WRAPS!

Check out their Facebook page and there are a bunch of posts from people who ordered and haven't gotten their items either! And they've attempted to contact SH@@WRAPS with no success! (I guess they need to do a credit card or Paypal dispute to get any response!)

I know I sent numerous emails to them prior to doing the Paypal Dispute. Not even waiting for Paypal at this point. I just just started a dispute with the credit card I used!

I can get skins on pretty good if they are cut well. I had a polka dot skin on my 6s Plus that everyone though was the phone! Haha!

My Ipad skin (Armor, I think... from Amazon) went on perfectly! It does take a lot of patience (and a lot of cussing and swearing!)
