My start up keys ( combinations ) not working

Startup key combinations for Intel-based Macs

my start up keys not working when i hold keys like command-s or d or c and more ...

just option key is worked

any idea ?

i meant command like this = command-s , command-v , C , D and More ...
Just Option Button worked

Yes my keyboard doesn't work for this commands ... ( during start up )
