my system is in continous kernel panic

Hi,
I have not installed any new software for a long time, but i get the system panic and the grey screen asking for reboot non stop,
can i get advices please and whats the best way to do disaster recovery backup to backup my whole system and re-install it again , this is extremely urgent please ?

Unfortunately, your KP may have nothing to do with a software update, and more to do with a hardware failure.

Check your RAM chips to see if they're fully seated. Beyond that, I hate to say it, but your computer probably needs to be repaired.

Perhaps you resit the RAM as Rampant.A.I. suggested. Then, reinstall the OS. If same thing happens, then send it for repairing.

would it be possible its a disk resource issue?

just noticed my disk usage i have 268 G used space and only 28.99 G space free , could this trigger a kernel panic ?
