My Top Rated playlist is gone

I updated to 5.1 and now my top rated playlist is gone from my iPhone. It is still in ITunes but it won't sync to my iPhone. I tried a hard reset on the phone and resynced but no luck. Any ideas on how to fix this?
 
Ok so No changes made and I just tried syncing again and now the playlist is back on my iPhone. Weird but I'm glad it's back.
