Wait a minute... So, the FedEx guy delivered your iPhone, you signed it, then he come back and stole it from you? Not even in the America FedEx would do anything for you. You've signed it, mean it's no longer in FedEx's hands. You can find the local law enforcement to arrest the delivery guy, if you have proof. You can report to the National Stolen Cell Phone since you have the serial number. But it's not ready until next year and will only be in the US. Also, check to see of you credit card company will cover for stolen goods.
