my unopened iphone4s Stolen

I have buy iPhone4s and is stolen i have not even opened yet 🙁
i have only serial number and bill is there any way to return ?
i was search in apple website and they write they cant flag or track ! 😕
so now what i have to do now ?

i thinks FedEx employees steal it i'm not sure i have call manger today ask him about Surveillance camera and he told he request installation from two day only 🙄 phone just disappeared in FedEx

How come? And aren't you worried about your iPhone 4s? losing 600$ is such a big lost.

Wait a minute... So, the FedEx guy delivered your iPhone, you signed it, then he come back and stole it from you? Not even in the America FedEx would do anything for you. You've signed it, mean it's no longer in FedEx's hands. You can find the local law enforcement to arrest the delivery guy, if you have proof. You can report to the National Stolen Cell Phone since you have the serial number. But it's not ready until next year and will only be in the US. Also, check to see of you credit card company will cover for stolen goods.
