My Verizon App

Usually on the My Verizon app I see little thumbnails of my devices when I sign in and click the account button on the bottom. Now I’m just getting a generic manage my devices. Can someone sign in and see if they are having the same issue?

Verizon having wide spread service and infrastructure issues all day. More than likely your issue is related. Give it until tomorrow and try again.
