My Verizon iPad 2 has horrible speeds...

On 3G. I'm getting 0.3-4Mbps Download and no better on upload. Verizon coverage map says my house is very good signal yet I haven't seen my signal bar go up more than 3/5 Bars.

On comparison, my iPhone 4S running on AT&T gets 0.3Mbps download when throttled and almost 5-6Mbps when not in the same house/room.

Does anyone else have this or is it just me?

The iPhone 4s on AT&T is capable of Hspa+ - which is marketed as 4G but is really a 3.5G technology. With the last software update AT&T actually made the icon show 4G when connected to hspa. It is bunk because the speed didn't increase. CDMA 3G tends to average around 400k but can hit over a Megabit. The speeds sound normal to me.
