The bug is there, but it's minimal in my case. It works 90% of the time, as opposed to iOS 4.3.2's 30%. I think you will have a problem with this only if you use the silent switch as an Activator action.

I was jailbroken on 4.3.1 and had vibrator toggle issues all the time, but since updating to 4.3.2 jailbroken it seems to have fixed it for me

This occurs whenever I turn off Vibrate for silent mode.

When I switch to silent mode (With the vibrate off) I get no vibrate telling me I have gone into silent mode.

When I switch it back to loud, I get a vibration.

I updated to 4.3.2 and it does seem better. Occasionally it will vibrate when switching out of silent mode but it's consistantly vibrating when going into silent now.

Hrm my vibrator is also confused, on 4.3.3. It totally has a mind of its own, regardless of the vibrate toggles for Silent and Loud in Sound settings. I only noticed this yesterday as I hardly ever toggle that switch.

Same issue.

I had the same issue but, This is what was wrong with mine. I didn't realize that I had turned vibrations off for silent mode in sound settings. When vibrate is turned off for silent under settings it reverses the pulse. (eg: vibrates when turning ringer on but, not when turning off and, vise versa.) Turning the vibrate on silent option back on in sound settings cured the problem.
