Think I can help there:

Toast it is usually a menu item installed by Roxio Toast the CD Burning Suite and the feature to attatch a document is somewhat hidden under share:

i havnt had toast installed for a few months, it was horribly slow so i got rid of it.

there must be something wrong with my version of ML, hopefully it fixes itself when i purchase the release from the app store.

I was able to remove toast it from services under keyboard settings, I still cant find out how to add Mail to the share link.

On a side note, has any one noticed that if you leave your MBP open and walk away for awhile till the screen turns off its hard to get the screen to turn back on?

You may be running into something that was actually changed for 10.7: to wake the screen requires a button press and not just a mouse movement.

(I prefer it because mice tend to give spurious inputs which made the screen light up at night.)

I have been running ML so long on my iMac that I hate using Lion on my Retina Macbook Pro.

The biggest things I love about Mountain Lion...

1. Search from the browser bar. I just type what I am looking for into the Safari URL box and it searches Google.

2. Alerts. Love the banner alerts -- especially with email and calendar appointments.

3. Download and file transfer folder indicators.

Mountain Lion just feels "snappier" than Lion.

Of course downloading the safari beta in Lion will get you that too.

So i have decided to do a clean install once apple release ML on the MAS, i most likely have some kind of conflict that is left over from lion. I will put up with it till ML comes out at the end of the month though since this is by far the best OS available.

I definitely agree with you.

To me, Lion almost seems lacking compared to ML, and even in the Dev preview it seems very stable (which I assume is a good sign :D)
