And this is a self Dusting:

I put a lot of work in the "Vampire Slaying" effect, I know the masking of the body it's self was bad as you could see the outline didn't match the window etc because I had to scale him up so the stake hit the chest but I really am proud of the dusting.

ITs good man i like it, could be cleaner but this is the kinda stuff il be getting into once i manage to finish my Film script, would you care to show how you made it?

Basically you film pretending to be dusted like you do the fall. In the original film I was to fall back to give it a more motioned effect but Anyhow. After you do the acting make sure the shot is clean for 5-10 seconds. We use the shot with no one in it as the real deal. In aftereffects you mask the actor out so your effectively cutting the actor out and making it an object. Then you just paste it as another layer on top of the shot with no one in it. You get me?

Anyhow, then I used a tiff animation of dusting and using masking again I made it match the shape of the body of the actor/myself. I then move that tiff animation layer under the body. Using the simple block transition the actor simply disappears into the dust tiff and then it's just a matter of the tiff ending with it fading away.

If I was to edit again I would have made the tiff longer so you could get a more human motion fading and dusting or have the dust fall rather than center fade
