iPhone XS Max My XS Max slowed down

My XS Max is brilliant. I would suggest OP is probably running a rogue app, and should consider killing his background apps and isolating the bad one.

It actually got a lot better since I created this thread. The only annoyance now is the settings screen, which hangs way too often, but it seems to be a bug in the iOS. I will see if 12.4 fixes that.

I avoid google apps at all costs. Do not trust them, period.
 
Are you one of these Apple evangelists? You feel personally offended when I say that my iPhone slowed down? If I said it speeded up, you’d still ask me to proove it?

No, not an evangelist, just a user wanting you to back up your claim that you MAX has slowed down. No offense taken, not offended easily. Not a troll, interested in your “problem”.
