My3G + Facetime not working! Suggestions?

I'm having trouble getting Facetime to work over 3G. Just jailbroke my IP4 last night. Installed My3G 4.1.4 on my phone. Tried calling my wife's non-jailbroekn phone while I was on 3G and she was on wifi. I saw a notification that My3G was kicking in but couldn't connect. It kept saying "facetime is busy". Any help would be appreciated.

One more thing. I know that my facetime was not broken the jailbreak as I used successfully this morning when both I and my wife were on wifi. It's a My3G problem.

Try rebooting your phone

Thanks for the snide comment. I did try to help myself already. I went into settings and messed around with it on both my phone and my wife's. I tried make the facetime initiation from my phone to hers and then hers to mine. I checked to see if I had the latest version of the software. Tried to find an FAQ and googled that error without any luck. The reason it didn't occur to me to reboot is that My3G WAS initiating every time I tried to make a facetime call. I am always willing to help others and do not presume they are taking the easy way out by asking but I guess not everyone thinks that way. Again, thanks for the snide comment.

Did rebooting help? I haven't been able to get it to work at all even after rebooting. And also which version of my3G is the one that works with facetime?

I haven't tried it yet since my wife is now at work (no wifi) and I'm busy with the kids. Will let you know. Fingers crossed.

Haven't tried my YouTube yet. I hope it works. If not, I will have to wait until 3Gunrestrictor updates their software.

I don't live in a 3G area so I can't really test that stuff but trust me it works :)
 
Rebooted. Didn't work. Not only that...My Facetime which was working over Wifi fine (AFTER jailbreak but BEFORE installing My3G) is now broken. I uninstalled My3G but Facetime is still broken. Have to restore now. Sigh.
 
There was no need to restore all you have to do is update cydia and reset your network settings.

just tried this, i got it to trick facetime but not the app store. i'm going to try tomorrow where i dont have wifi in range just to convince myself, but this just may be awesome
 
This sucks. I would by My3G if it didn't require Rock.

Their loss. I'll just install it once the cracked, non-rock version gets out.
