My3g - Not allowing Facetime?

I have it "enabled" for all apps (even though "phone" is not listed on that list) and it still won't show the option for FT.

I called my mom's iphone4 and she was on wifi and had the FT option but I didn't.

Any suggestions?

Can you be a bit more clear? Do you have the option to FaceTime on the phone in the first place?

ensure facetime is enabled in settings->phone.
