Will this app work with a premier acct? I keep getting an error when I try to log in. Thx in advance

Not sure what a premier account is but I have an enterprise account and it works no problem.

Yea, I use my phone number and password, basically what you would use if you went to att.com

See I was setup with a username by AT&T themselves. It took them a few days to set it up on their end. AT&T site or the app won't recognize my phone number as a sign on

Call them up. Maybe they need to create an account or email you a password for the AT&T site. It would be the same one you would use for the AT&T iPhone app.
Your phone number is the user id.
