Same deal as just leaving Safari on the page. A native app would allow for the exclusion of launching Safari, and customized links for ease of use on the Touch and iPhone.

Yes and there mobile site is soo featureless and the normal one runs clunky on ipod touch.

I tried it once, it was useless. Also, trying to message someone from the Touch is very hard, as the text field is very strange, as it scrolls down as it loads.
