Mysterious disappearing dock icons?

This has happened to me several times (3 so far). Safari gets eliminated from the Dock for no apparent reason with ML. I certainly didn't remove Safari from the dock. Why would I?

Has anyone else noticed this, or am I going prematurely senile?😛
