Mysterious trash file that wont go away...

I have this file in my trash that cant be deleted. tried empty, secure empty, Trash it!, and also tried sudo rm -rk ~/.Trash to no avail.

when i do get info, it disappears. then it reappears when i click the trash icon again.

already did verify/repair disk with OS X DVD too.

any ideas? 😕
