Mystery Apple SSD0128F Media Drive

So Cleaning up my computer I noticed a mystery 122gb drive show up on my Imac?

I am trying to figure what this drive or partition is about? It magically appeared on my computer and I’m confused? I thought maybe my Mac created a partition from my 2TB SSD in the computer but when I look at disk utility it doesn’t use up any of the 2TB space on computer? It has it own space?
Can someone explain me what this is??

Was your machine originally a Fusion Drive machine that you swapped the HDD for the EVO SSD? That part number is for a 128GB Apple OEM SSD and were used as part of 2TB/3TB Fusion Drive setups (as well as 1TB Fusion drives prior to 2015).

It is a 128GB Blade Drive installed with the 2TB platter drive to make the Fusion Drive. The 121.12GB is spot on after formatting. Sounds like the Fuson has been split or the 2TB platter drive haS FAILED. Do you see both drives on the desktop after selecting to see them under Finder Preferences?
