MyWi On Demand host doesn't see client

I purchased my wi on demand a while back and I've never been able to get on demand to work. The client (iPad) sees the host and I can click on it and see forget device and there's a green arrow next to it. The iPhone side (host) says looking for devices.

I'm on the latest iOS on both and it's an iPad 1 64gb wifi and iPhone 4 16gb.

Tried reinstall of mywi and restart so far.

Any ideas?

Is this forum some sort of joke? 733 views and no one has replied? 13,000+ views on a thread about someone who wants a backgammon game for their iPhone.....

Same problem here.. Quite frustrating to have to resort to using WiFi tethering.
