Mywi question, help ssid

I am not a techie so bear with the stupid question.

Can I change the SSID on MyWi to tether my iphone?

right now it's just says "XXXiphone", can I just type over it? just that simple?

Yes you can edit that field in the mywi settings.

The Wifi hotspot isn't that large. Seems to be unable to penetrate walls. But it's perfectly fine just for me!🙂
