I'm on AT&T so I'll probably get screwed if I use it for 3g tethering, but can MyWi share the wifi connection? I've tested by turning 3g off and leaving wifi on and it works, but I'm not sure if it's overriding the 3G setting and still using it. The reason I want to do this is because I have a few mac address filtering networks that I have to keep putting one time users on, which is a hassle. If I could just share my phone's wifi connection, that would be great.

Does this work?

In the advanced settings, set it to bridge to wifi, not 3G, good to go.

Yes, works fine.
I even use wifi to tether with USB to some computers that dont have wifi cards.
On MyWi go to advanced wifi and select bridge to Wifi.
It will then use Wifi. You also have the option of 3G or Auto.
Some great features.

Thanks a bunch. Is there any specific limit to the speed it can do? Is it actually broadcasting wifi or is other a different bandwidth/frequency?
