Mywi won't shut down???

I have the version just before 4.0 release. The app works fine, but when I shut it off, it keeps running. Anybody else have this problem? Is there anyway to forcequit the app? What about easily restart the iPad?

To force quit the app hold the lock button until the slider appears and then let go and hold the home button.
