Nagging alerts when you have a missed call/message??

Obviously there is no LED indicator but can you set it up to vibrate/alert after missed call/message every 5 minutes or so?
 
It will not ring/vibrate again (this is a mixed blessing.) But when you wake it from sleep, you'll see you have messages waiting before you unlock the phone.
