Name changing doesn't stick?

Ok so, I wanted to change my name on my iCloud account to an alias rather than my full name.

I did it by going to the settings and pref's and did it that wat which it did without a hitch!

My problem being it keeps switching back?

Anyone else had this problem or know how to resolve it?😀
