Name not on medals?

hello, I have an issue were my name is not appearing on the back of my activity medals on OS2.
Can anyone say why not?

Rotate them

Only discovered this by accident this morning. On iPhone, Activity app, Achievements > tap on an award, then swipe.

In Settings, Contacts, do your details appear under My Info?
Edit: in your iPhone Watch app, under Apple Watch, does your name appear as "xxxx's Apple Watch"?
