Can anyone tell me what game and computer this is? I know it's a breakout game but i can not figure out which one. It's not a good pic since it is a screen grab from VHS tape from the 90s

my guess is an Apple II, i remember using one in 1986 with omega software.

I searched “Apple II” and saw the same shaped and tiered photos.
They had 2 disk slots, ball mouse, clunky keyboard and smell of burnt lint
