iPod Nano 7th Gen with Beats Solo 3

Just wondering if anyone uses these headsets with the Nano? I've read that they are not loud enough with the Nano.
 
I haven't tried them, but that wouldn't surprise me. The AirPods are also very low when synced with the 7th gen nano and they have the same w1 chip.
