iPod Nano and Applecare?

It it worth it for a 4gb model? What exactly does this include? I've read the description on the Apple Store, but does this ONLY include defects in craftsmanship? What if the iPod is dropped?

Only defects, and at the price -- it probably borders on extortion for that.

You are probably more likely to damage it, that have it go bad.
