iPod Nano Warranty

Recently my black 2gb nano after being fully charged just a few days before, had no battery left. So I charged it fully and the next day(after not using it since the it was charged up) it was already down to 2/3 battery. I am still under my one year warranty until January or so, what will apple to about this if anything? Thanks.

Apple will cover the battery.

I doubt that 2/3 of a full charge will get a replacement easily though.
