Nanoleaf Launches 'Blocks' Mix and Match System, Smart Switch and Permanent Outdoor Lights

Lies! The Sense+ is nowhere to be found on the Nanoleaf website.

The Sense+ product page used to be at the following URL, but it is 404 Not Found now:

This reminds of the puzzling "The Fast and the Furious" RGB gamer trend in the Windows world. I've seen some videos where tech reviewers mention that pc part manufacturers think they are tacky, but people buy them in enough quantities that they can't ignore the market.
Permanent exterior lights are the bomb for anyone who even wants to hang lights on their home for a holiday. Spend a bit more time planning and installing but you'll never have to do it again.

And the RGB schemes then let you use those lights for mood for any holiday or event you want.

Looks like they killed the hardwired Sense+ model I had been waiting for.
Yeah, it is really unfortunate. This seems more meant for you to cut a hole in drywall and tape it in.

State-side we still have just one hardwired thread switch, at $50 list, in one color, and with no dimming option.

Technically it’s not permanent- Govee uses 3M sticky pads on their light pucks.

Pull hard enough on the cord and it will come down.

They look nice at night - there are ways to hide the cords.

I mostly just meant permanently installing a Nanoleaf product specifically. Their stuff isn't stable and will occasionally warrant a hard reset, which involves fiddling with the hardware controller attached to the lights. Doing so on the exterior of a home would probably be a challenge.

Well they just keep coming out with new stuff but can’t put out the update for syncing the essentials bulbs and strips with the damn tv light strip? Always says coming soon and never comes smh!!!
