New to mac, transition has been somewhat smooth but I feel like I'm totally relearning computers and I feel like a noob.

Anyway, I was wondering where I can find my NAS drive on my network and access it through my new MBP? I know how to do it in windows but I'm lost in lion. PLEASE HELP! thank you!

If its AFP compatible, from the finder menu bar.
Click Go,
Click Connect to server
Type in afp://10.0.1.1 or what ever the IP address is

If its not AFP compatible but SMB then do the same but replace afp: with smb:

You can also just type command-K and it will bring up the same pop up window to enter the address
