Scenario:

1TB NAS drive hooked up to AEBS, one partition for OS X and one partition so I can store files from my laptop PC. Fairly easily done as I understand.

Question: If data from the PC is on the same NAS drive that my iMac see/uses, is any of the data cross-compatible??? In otherwords....if I store some iTunes music on that drive from my PC, can I use that same data on my iMac or are the two data systems (even though it's a music or video file) completely incompatible and/or they cannot even see each other??

Thanks!!!

Yes you can use it. The only limiting factor is the format of the drive. As long as the drive is FAT32 both systems can use it.
