Can some of you guys see if you're having the same problem? I can't figure this one out.

Running OS X, I can't get the video to display properly in either Safari, Firefox, or Chrome. If I boot into Windows 7 (VM), it works just fine in Firefox for windows. It's flash (surprise) and I have the latest version.
The video will begin to play and as long as the quality stays at 600k it does fine. But after 5 or 10 seconds it will try and jump up to 1600k and all I get is black screen. Sound keeps working but no picture. The weird thing is it does the same thing in all three browsers on the Mac side.
